"Trish is a trusted partner to me and to all of my company's employees who we have relocated to the Phoenix area of the past 3 years. Trish is exceptional and different in her approach than any other real estate professional I have encountered. She is truly interested in helping her clients get the best value, regardless of whether she is representing you as a seller or buyer. In her representation of our employees moving to the area, she has frequently recommended against buying certain properties which clearly would have been in her best interest to sell. However, has put the buyer first in all cases, even when it has been to her detriment financially. Unfortunately I have not found that to be the case with most other real estate professionals I have worked with. Trish is also very flexible and always tries to accommodate requests to show a home at any time. I feel lucky to have found someone that I can trust to do what is best for me and my employees."
